1. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- You must initiate the return within 7 days of receiving the product.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom-made products such as personalized polaroids, handmade portraits, or posters.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
To Request a Return:
- Email us at 3dkalakaar@TheIshanJain.com with your order details and the reason for the return.
- Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
2. Refunds
Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
Eligibility for Refunds:
- If the product is damaged or defective upon delivery, we offer a full refund or replacement.
- If you are returning an eligible product for other reasons, the refund will exclude shipping charges.
Refund Process:
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
3. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled if the request is made within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellation is not guaranteed due to production timelines for custom products.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. However, you may return an eligible item and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately:
